These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the LLMPress WordPress plugin (“LLMPress”, “the Plugin”), including its free features and its optional Pro tier unlocked by license key. LLMPress is developed and distributed by LLMPress (llmpress.net) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing, activating, or using LLMPress, you (“you”, “the Site Owner”) agree to these Terms.
1. License to use the software
1.1 Free features
LLMPress’s free features are distributed under the GPLv2 (or later) license, consistent with WordPress.org plugin requirements. You may use, copy, and modify the free portion of the code under the terms of the GPL:
1.2 Pro features
Pro features (e.g. , Custom Post Types, Custom Fields/ACF, WooCommerce support, AI-crawler analytics) are unlocked with a paid license key. A license key grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to activate Pro features on the number of sites permitted by your plan, for as long as your license remains active (subscription) or in perpetuity (if you purchased a lifetime/one-time plan, as stated at time of purchase). We reserve the right to remotely validate license keys against license.llmpress.net as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Account and license key responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- keeping your license key confidential and not sharing it beyond the number of sites your plan permits,
- providing accurate information when activating a license,
- all activity that occurs on sites where your license key is used.
We may suspend or deactivate a license key that we reasonably believe is being abused (e.g. shared beyond plan limits, used fraudulently, or obtained through a chargeback).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer the licensing/validation mechanism to bypass payment for Pro features,
- redistribute or resell the Pro codebase or license keys without our authorization,
- use LLMPress to generate or publish content that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights,
- use the Plugin in a way that overburdens or attacks our license server or any third-party service it connects to.
4. Content and ownership
LLMPress converts and republishes content that already exists on your WordPress site. You retain full ownership and responsibility for that content. We do not claim any rights over the Markdown, llms.txt, or other output LLMPress generates from your site — it is derived entirely from content you control.
5. Third-party integrations
LLMPress can optionally connect to Google Search Console via OAuth. Use of that integration is subject to Google’s own terms of service () in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.
6. Updates and support
- Free-tier updates are distributed through the standard WordPress plugin update mechanism.
- Pro updates and support are provided for the duration of an active license (subscription) or as stated at time of purchase (lifetime plans). An expired or deactivated license may lose access to further Pro updates and support, while previously unlocked Pro code already installed continues to function per its GPL license, subject to §1.2.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
LLMPress is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that AI search engines or crawlers will index, cite, or rank your content favorably as a result of using LLMPress.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLMPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use LLMPress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of LLMPress will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Plugin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility for Pro license purchases follows the refund policy stated at the point of sale on our website at the time of your purchase.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Pro features if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using LLMPress at any time by deactivating and deleting the Plugin; uninstall.php removes LLMPress’s own data from your database.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LLMPress after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted in the Plugin’s changelog.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
